Avebury Rocks - 2011
Our first Project of this Rotary Year - In association with the Rotary Club of Marlborough, Love Hope Strength Foundation and the Prospect Hospice.
|
The event itself consisted of a 20 mile charity trek starting and finishing at one of the finest and largest Neolithic monuments in Europe Avebury. Whilst also enjoying the beautiful scenery of the ancient Ridgeway and Marlborough Downs followed by a Rock Concert featuring Newton Faulkner and Nick Harper plus many more talented performers. Well done to all who took part it was a great achievement and fantastic event! |
